Iconic fashion brand LEE Jeans has developed their LEE 101 collection to pay hommage to their heritage. This 101 Z is made of a Japanese left hand twill 22 oz. raw denim, a beautiful sanforized denim material made as in the old days. Raw denim will feel a bit sturdy and raw at first but will wear more to your liking over time.
These jeans have a selvedge lined fabric, giving a more appealing finishing to the fabric and adds a bit of character to the jeans as well.
The Lee 101 Z is a regular fit with a slight taper. It comes in the usual 5-pocket style with a zip fly, belt loops.
Please note that (raw) denim in (natural) indigo might bleed on light surfaces and textiles such as white sneakers or an off-white sofa. We advise you to turn the jeans inside out and soak it in a bucket with lukewarm water for 30 minutes, before the first actual wear. This way you rinse out a bit of leftover starch and indigo plus it takes out the final bits of shrinkage. The bleeding of indigo, as it is known as, is a characteristic of quality denim and will also occur during the early stages of wear.
